At HASHTAGG, every piece is made with care. We keep things fair and simple.
1. Replacement Eligibility
We currently offer replacements only, no returns or refunds. A replacement will be accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong size
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a replacement due to damage or defect, you must have a clear, uncut unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package being opened
- The product and the issue clearly visible
Without this, we won’t be able to process the request.
3. Replacement Request Timeline
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests after this window won’t be accepted
4. Product Condition
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
5. Shipping Charges
- All shipping costs for replacements will be borne by the customer
6. Approval & Processing
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll initiate the replacement
- Replacement will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected
7. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer replacements for:
Change of mind or preference
Minor color/print variations (due to lighting/screens)
